It’s time for the annual bookmark contest again! Children in grades K through 8 are eligible to participate. Just create an original bookmark using the form. See rules listed on the form. Paper forms are available at the library service desk.

ASTON LIBRARY NEWS–
Children’s Singer Peter Moses will be visiting us Thursday February 20th at 6:30PM. There will be lots of sing-a-longs for the kids to take part in.
Free Chair Yoga classes will be on Tuesdays at 2 through February. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga using a chair for support.

January Library News
The Media Film Festival will visit the library on Monday January 13th at 11AM. They will be showing a “best of” collection of short films shown at their festival over the years.
Thanks to the Ethel Clark Foundation and their Chair Jack Holefelder for their grant boosting this year’s budget! We were able to keep our children’s area fresh with new items including toys and a new rug, provide new electronics for patrons to borrow, offer new programs and update the tools used by staff thanks to this grant!

November Library News
Rabiya Bower, RD, LDN and regional nutritionist for GIANT Food Stores will visit the library on Monday, November 18th at 11:00 am to inform patrons about inflammation, foods that can trigger it and how to design a diet to alleviate it. Recipes and samples of inflammation-fighting foods will be provided!
Storytime! Your young child can learn basic literacy skills while having fun! The Aston Public Library offers story times every week, open to everyone! Join Ms. Debbie for toddler time (ages 2-3) on Tuesdays at 10:30, infant time (up to 24 months) on Wednesdays at 10:30, and preschool time (ages 3-5) on Thursdays at 10:30!
