April Library News

The Library remains closed indefinitely due to the Coronavirus situation.  Check this web site or call 610-494-5877 to see our latest status.

No library materials will be due until at least May 22nd due to the crisis.

Need help?  The library will still be checking voicemails left at 610-494-5877 while we are closed.  You can also email us at hello@astonlibrary.org .

You can access books for your Kindle, Nook, or other e-book reader with your library card! Go to  http://delco.overdrive.com to see what is available! Download the “Libby” App to your phone or tablet to enjoy the materials.

Scroll down this page and look at the links on the right side of the page for great resources when the library is not open!  Use Ask Here PA to get help from a librarian online.  Use Bookflix and Tumblebooks to have books read to your young child.  Use Homework Help Now for help with schoolwork or your resume.  Use RB Digital to read magazines.

Even more resources are available by going to ” Explore e-Resources ” on the Delco Libraries web site.

Don’t have a library card?  Just email your name, address, phone number, and birthday to support@delcolibraries.org and Delco Libraries will email you back a barcode that you can use to access eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, newspapers, and all of our other online resources!

Are you on Facebook? Follow the Aston Library there! Go to

We will also be providing regular updates, information and programs for our patrons through our Facebook page.
