ASTON LIBRARY NEWS–
The Library building remains closed indefinitely due to the Coronavirus situation. The Library does not anticipate that access to the building will be permitted until after Delaware County reaches the “Green” stage. However, other services may be offered. Check at www.astonlibrary.org or call 610-494-5877 to see our latest status.
The Library anticipates that once the facility is able to open, it will offer limited service at first, with only pick-up of requested materials available, and other assistance over the phone. Wearing of masks and social distancing will be required at that time.
No library materials will be due until at least June 22nd due to the crisis.
Storytime is continuing online at our Facebook page – http://www.facebook.com/astonlibrary . Tuesday at 10:30 is Toddler Storytime, Wednesday at 10:30 is Infant Storytime, Thursday at 10:30 is Preschool Storytime.
Ms. Debbie is doing a Virtual Craft and Chat time for adults each week. To join, email debbie@astonlibrary.org

You can access books for your Kindle, Nook, or other e-book reader with your library card! Go to http://delco.overdrive.com to see what is available! Download the “Libby” App to your phone or tablet to enjoy the materials.
Go to www.astonlibrary.org, scroll down and look at the links on the right side of the page for great resources when the library is not open! Use Ask Here PA to get help from a librarian online. Use Bookflix and Tumblebooks to have books read to your young child. Use Homework Help Now for help with schoolwork or your resume. Use RB Digital to read magazines.

Don’t have a library card? Just email your name, address, phone number, and birthday to support@delcolibraries.org and Delco Libraries will email you back a barcode that you can use to access eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, newspapers, and all of our other online resources!
