Volunteers- This is the process for your clearances to work at our library. Please go to these sites, follow their process to get your clearance (which should be free of charge, make sure to select VOLUNTEER) and bring the clearance to the library.

- Submit a PA Child Abuse History Clearance at- http://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home
- Sign this form and bring it to the Library – Disclosure Statement (.PDF file)
If you have lived outside Pennsylvania within the last 10 years, you will have to get an FBI clearance before you can be eligible to volunteer. If that is the case, please consult with the Library Director before proceeding.
